Johan Renck is a prolific, award-winning director, who has worked non-stop all over the world within a variety of different media, including films, commercials, music videos, theatre productions, art, music projects and stills photography. Renck has worked with many brands, most recently Calvin Klein for their 2015 Spring campaign starring Justin Bieber and Lara Stone, as well as H&M’s Christmas campaign featuring Lady Gaga and Tony Bennett. He has also worked with Stella Artois, Levi’s, Nike, H&M, Audi, and artists like Madonna, Beyonce and New Order.
Johan’s credits also include directing various episodes of the highly acclaimed American TV series ‘Breaking Bad’, ‘Vikings’, ‘Bates Motel’ and most recently ‘Halt and Catch Fire’ (from the producers of ‘Breaking Bad’), and ‘The Last Panthers’, as well as a feature film ‘Downloading Nancy’.
