Anton Corbijn

Dutch photographer, music video and feature film director Anton Corbijn’s  feature film projects include ‘Life’, about James Dean and photographer Dennis Stock, which stars Robert Pattinson and Dane DeHaan. ‘A Most Wanted Man’, was based on John le Carré’s 2008 novel of the same name, and stars Philip Seymour Hoffman, Rachel McAdams and Willem Dafoe.

Corbijn is the creative director behind the visual output of Depeche Mode and U2, having handled the principal promotion and sleeve photography for both bands for almost 3 decades.

Some of his works include music videos for Depeche Mode’s ‘Enjoy the Silence’ U2’s ‘One’ and Nirvana’s ‘Heart-Shaped Box’, as well as the Ian Curtis biographical film ‘Control’ and George Clooney’s ‘The American’.

Anton’s commercial work includes spots for Miss Dior starring Natalie Portman, We Are Europe, Volvo, Agent Provocateur and Standard Chartered. He is currently working on the upcoming feature for Depeche Mode.
